Restrictions in the use of grant funds |
Funds may be used for a variety of research activities, including management costs, but in all cases the Foundation expects a high degree of fiscal transparency to be observed.
US Tax Laws prohibit the Foundation from funding any costs of private sector participation.
Institutional overhead payments can not exceed 10 percent of direct costs attributable to that institution.
